1. Workspace Configuration

Structured Spaces, Folders, and Lists for each client and internal process.
Established naming conventions and permission settings to maintain security.

2. Client Folder Templates

Created reusable templates for new client setups with predefined views, statuses, and automations.
Set permissions to allow client visibility on selected tasks only.

3. Automation Setup

Automated recurring tasks, renewal reminders, and reporting cycles.
Integrated forms to auto-create task sequences upon submission (onboarding, renewals, feedback).

4. Dashboard Optimization

Designed clear dashboards for leadership, project managers, and clients.
Included KPIs like project health, task status, and upcoming deadlines for total visibility.
