They approached me to design and implement a complete production operating system inside ClickUp — one that would allow them to scale, onboard assistants, and manage hundreds of SKUs with confidence.

The Challenge: Managing E-commerce Production Without Structure

Before the implementation, production processes were fragmented across documents, spreadsheets, and ad-hoc task lists, making it difficult to track progress or identify bottlenecks. As volume increased, manual handovers and inconsistent workflows slowed delivery and reduced visibility across the operation.

I built a fully mapped ClickUp production system that standardised workflows from idea intake through to final approval. Automation, role-based task ownership, and clear stage definitions ensured work moved consistently through each phase with minimal manual coordination.
